15min to Heavy Single Snatch from Power Position (hi-hang)
 
B. MWOD:
Calf Stretch
 
C. WOD:
12min AMRAP –
7 hang power snatch (same weight as above, must cycle reps, no dropping the bar)
7 burpees
*5 extra burpees if you drop the bar before completing 7 reps
 
D. Post-WOD Recovery:
Calf Roll Out
