IN SHORT, NO. THE ONLY REQUIREMENTS ARE THAT YOU HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE, A WILLINGNESS TO WORK HARD, TO LEARN NEW THINGS, AND HAVE THE DESIRE AND PASSION TO LET US HELP YOU REACH YOUR FITNESS GOALS. YOU WILL SUCCEED AND SEE GREAT RESULTS. WE WANT TO COACH ANYONE DESIRING TO GET INTO THE BEST SHAPE OF THEIR LIVES. PLUS, THINKING YOU NEED TO ‘BE IN SHAPE’ TO START IS LIKE SAYING YOU NEED TO HAVE YOUR LIFE IN ORDER BEFORE GOING TO CHURCH.

4. I TRAVEL A LOT, CAN’T MAKE REGULAR CLASS TIMES – IS THIS RIGHT FOR ME?
YES, ABSOLUTELY. THE BEST PART OF OUR PROGRAM IS THAT IT IS NOT DEPENDENT ON HOW MANY TIMES YOU CAN COME TO OUR FACILITY. OUR COACHING SERVICE IS DESIGNED TO MEET EVERY PERSON RIGHT WHERE THEY ARE – ON VACATION, AT HOME, WHILE TRAVELING…OR AT THE GYM. BUT GYM ATTENDANCE IS NOT REQUIRED. OUR CUSTOM PHONE APP (AVAILABLE ON IPHONE AND ANDROID) ENSURES THAT YOU ALWAYS HAVE OPTIONS FOR HOW TO MAKE THE BEST CHOICE TO MAKE PROGRESS ON YOUR GOALS.
5. HOW QUICK CAN I EXPECT TO SEE RESULTS?

7. WILL I GET BIG MUSCLES FROM THIS?
THIS IS MOSTLY DIRECTED AT THE LADIES…NO. YOU DON’T PRODUCE TESTOSTERONE LIKE THE GUYS. AND YOU WON’T BE TRAINING 24 HOURS A DAY. 7 DAYS A WEEK. FOR HOURS ON END. FOR THE FELLAS, THE SIZE YOU WANT TO GAIN OR LOSE WILL BE LARGELY DETERMINED BY YOUR NUTRITION.

9. WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME IF I CHOOSE TO DO MY WORKOUT AT YOUR FACILITY?
NORMAL WORKOUT CLOTHES (T-SHIRT, SHORTS, COMFY SHOES). A TOWEL AND WATER BOTTLE ARE OPTIONAL BUT ENCOURAGED.
