Nutrition:

Flour can be your friend. – If it comes in a box and has flour in the ingredients list, it’s not your friend. If you use almond flour or coconut flour you’ll be getting added fiber and a similar taste and texture. Banishing all-purpose flour from your diet is enough to see results, and one part of the bigger picture.

Work up to 75% of 1RM Push Press, then complete THREE singles of this complex:

2 Push Press + 2 Split Jerk

*One “single” is comprised of all four movements. Unrack bar, push press, push press, split jerk, split jerk, rack bar.
