Pistol Practice f/ 10-12min – Work on Sets of 10, alternate ankle mobility in between sets.

Progressions: Band Assisted -> Off Box w/ Counter Balance -> Off Box -> On Ground w/ Counter Balance -> On Ground in Lifters or Heel Elevated -> On Ground w/ no heel elevated (regular flat shoes or shoeless)
