*Notes:
1) Try to beat last week by 5-10lb
2) Must be touch and go
3) No reverse grip
B. MWOD:
Ankle Mobility
C. WOD:
15min AMRAP –
5 Deadlifts
25 Double Unders
10 DL
25 DU
15 DL
25 DU
20 DL
25 DU
…so on and so forth until time runs out!
*Notes:
1) Deadlifts cannot be reverse grip
2) DU are always 25 reps
3) RX+ will do UB DU – break and start that set of DU over.
4) Scale for DU = 50 single unders
5) Deadlifts go up by 5 reps each round, jump rope reps remain the same
