Use That New Rope…12/2/14

Many of you guys got new ropes, might as well put them to good use! As for those that are pretty comfortable with their DU’s, take a crack at RX+ today – who will be brave enough??
A. Weightlifting:
Front Rack Walking Lunge – 12min to Heaviest 10 steps (heavier than last time)
– You will clean the bar from the floor and get into front rack position. You will then walk 10 continuous steps (back knee touches each step) without any pausing or bringing feet together. Record your heaviest weight.
Couch Stretch – 3 x 30s ea side
C. WOD: double-unders-2

10 Cleans (155/105)
40 Double Unders
8 Cleans
30 Double Unders
6 Cleans
20 Double Unders
4 Cleans
10 Double Unders
2 Cleans
1) RX+ must do all DU unbroken.
2) 14min time cap

Foam Roll Legs – 3min ea side
