Nutrition:

Water is not just for thirst. – One key way the body detoxifies is through the lymphatic system, a network of veinlike vessels that transport fluid called lymph throughout the body. In order for the lymphatic system to work properly we need to hydrate, this allows the lymph to thin out and better move toxins out of the body.
