Use soups and stews frequently. – Soups and stews are a great way to make a hearty and satisfying meal. It’s hard to mess up a soup recipe, and soups are complete meals that require no side dishes.

20min to Heavy Triple Overhead Squat – 33×2 Tempo
*3 seconds down, 3 second pause in the bottom, explode up, 2 second hold at the top.

10 Power Snatches @ 60% of 1RM Snatch
12 Bar-Facing Burpees, then
2 rounds of:
10 Power Snatches @ 40% of 1RM Snatch
