B. Strength:

Front Squat

10-8-5-5-4 (Rest 1-3min between sets)
Then,

3-3-2-1 (Rest 3:00 between sets)

*Increase weight each set. Should be challenging BUT maintain good form

C. WOD:

15:00 AMRAP
10/side Walking Lunges (Back Rack) 95/65
5 2-Push Up Burpees
Rest 2:00, then
2:00 do as many Butterfly Situps as Possible
