Depending upon your skill level, you will do just ONE of the following! In a nutshell, if you don’t know (or haven’t done it) what a snatch balance is, you’ll be doing overhead squats!

 

15min to Either – 5RM Overhead Squat OR 3RM Snatch Balance

 

B. MWOD:

Ankle Mobility – 2 x 45s ea side

 

C. WOD:

21-15-9
Overhead Squat
Burpee Box Jump (24/20)
 
*15min time cap
 
D. Post-WOD Recovery:
Quad Roll Out – 2min ea side
