Thoughts On This One:
1. A short couplet like this should be limited by your wind, NOT your strength. Even though the RX weights are 135/95, pick something that will allow you to do most of the bar work unbroken, but not something so light that it’s not a challenge.
2. Shoulder to overhead simply means that you can use: strict press, push press, push jerk, or split jerk
3. Box jumps – NO step-ups!
