Just a heads up and/or reminder about this Friday night, April 12th: For the 7PM class, we will be cheering on Sarah and Cacey at their softball game at Newsome High School. If you’d still like to WOD, I will be at the gym for a 6PM class…it’s up to you!

Thoughts On This One:
1. A short couplet like this should be limited by your wind, NOT your strength. Even though the RX weights are 135/95, pick something that will allow you to do most of the bar work unbroken, but not something so light that it’s not a challenge.
2. Shoulder to overhead simply means that you can use: strict press, push press, push jerk, or split jerk
3. Box jumps – NO step-ups!
