Snatch Balance – 15min to 1RM
 
B. MWOD:
T-Spine Smash w/ LAX Ball – 3 x 30s
 
C. WOD:
– You have 20 minutes to complete (4) 500m rowing intervals.
– You may rest as needed between efforts.
– They should be ALL OUT EFFORT for EVERY SINGLE ONE!
– Record Your SLOWEST time.
