Ignore fads. – Fads come and go. Next week some new weight loss trend will come up and a week later it will be gone. Stay the course and go with a way of eating that is time tested and works for you.

Yoke Walks – Find the heaviest weight that you can carry across the gym and back (80 feet)

1st min – 12 Wall Balls
2nd min – 10 T2B
3rd min – 20 Shoulder Touches

*T2B scale = 15 Knee-Ups
*Rx+ = Add 1 rep to Wall Balls and T2B every round; 40’ HS Walk in place of Shoulder Touches. Wall Ball reps would be 12-13-14-15-16-17, T2B reps would be 10-11-12-13-14-15.
