Nutrition:

Strawberry season. – The peak season for these beautiful bundles of micronutrients is NOW! April through the end of July. During this time the berry’s concentration of nutrients and flavors are highest and also the most economical time to buy.

15min to a Heavy Single Hang Snatch

 

C. Metcon:
15min Ascending Ladder:
1-3-5-7-9-11-13-15-etc. Snatch (95/65)
*After every round of Snatches, perform 10 Sit-Ups.
*If the Snatch is a movement that you are still working on, perform a Power Snatch + Overhead Squat for each rep.
