A. MWOD:
Front Rack Mobility

B. Weightlifting:
12-15min to work up to 75% of 1RM Clean & Jerk and perform THREE singles of this complex:
Hang Power Clean + Front Squat + Split Jerk

*One “single” is comprised of all three movements. Deadlift bar, hang power clean, front squat, split jerk, drop, rest, and repeat.

C. Metcon:
15min EMOM:
1st min – 12 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35)
2nd min – 12 Single Arm Dumbbell Thrusters (50/35)
3rd min – 8 Lateral Burpees Over the Dumbbell

*On the thrusters, complete 6 on one arm before completing 6 on the other.
