For Time –
150 Wall Balls (20/14 to 10’/9′ target)
*20-minute time cap
Here’s a few quick thoughts on strategy for this one:
If you can do 8 wall balls per minute, you will finish this WOD within the time cap.
DO NOT go out too hard while you are fresh. Break into small sets, even 2’s and 3’s, if need be.
Just stay moving at a steady pace, no matter how “slow” it may seem.
This also means paying attention to the clock and not over-resting, a common problem for people that aren’t used to pacing specific movements within the box. For instance, if you want to rest for 10 seconds, then you should be reaching for the wall ball at 8 seconds. If you wait to do so until 10 seconds, you will likely rest at least 12-14 seconds, thereby messing up your desired intervals.
