C. WOD:
20min EMOM –
On the even minutes – 10 Wall Balls (20/14)
On the odd minutes – 10 KB Swings (53/35)
*Notes:
1) RX+ will do 15 reps of each
2) 2) Score will be the total number of complete rounds + extra reps. So a perfect score would be ’10.’
