Crossover Activation Reverse Fly (8 reps, 2 sec pause at end range)
Crossover Activation Pull Down (8 reps, 2 sec pause at end range)
Front rack stretch
Banded OH stretch

B. Skill: cycling T2B/ C2B

C. WOD:
“Bar Fight”
For time –
12 clean and jerks (155/105)
Then, 2 rounds of:
15 toes-to-bars
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups
Then, 12 clean and jerks (155/105)

Crossover Recovery Row (10 reps, 6 sec negative)
Crossover Recovery Reverse Fly (10 reps, 6 sec negative)
Crossover Recovery Pull Down (10 reps, 6 sec negative)
