Movement:

A. MWOD:
Crossover Activation Incline + (8 reps, 2 sec pause at end range
Crossover Activation 90/90 (8 reps, 2 sec pause at end range
Hamstring stretch (1 min ea side)
Couch stretch (1 min ea side)

B. Warm Up: each of the movements, and do a run through (3-5 reps at each station so people know how to rotate)

C. WOD:
“Fight Gone Bad”
3 Rounds, For Total Reps in 17 minutes
1 minute Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
1 minute Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls (75/55 lbs)
1 minute Box Jumps (20 in)
1 minute Push Press (75/55 lbs)
1 minute Row
1 minute Rest
