Monday is Halloween! We will be having normal classes in the morning and then we will have the 5pm class as normal. Once 5pm is done, we will be closed for the remainder of the evening. TRICK O’ TREAT!

1 length high knees
1 length butt kicks
30 sec mountain climbers
 
B. MWOD:
Couch Stretch – 2min ea side
 
C. WOD:
If you were here to squat Tuesday, you are de-loading and doing 6 sets of 2 FS/ 4BS at 60% of FS 1RM
If you were not here Tuesday, you are doing 6 sets of 2 FS/ 4BS at 95% of FS 1RM
