OK Gang, it’s official – The OPEN IS HERE!! 15.1 was finalized just over an hour ago (I’m writing this Thursday night) and I could barely contain my excitement when the workout was announced. For those that didn’t watch it, there will be a link to the live reveal as well as the throw down between Rich Froning and Mat Fraser. Anyhow, without further ado, here is the first Open workout of 2015:
9min AMRAP –
15 Toes to Bar
10 Deadlift (115/75)
5 Snatches (115/75)
-then with the clock still running –
6min to your 1RM –
Clean and Jerk
(everything completed within a 15min window)
Now, as with all workouts that we do, this one is no different. There are a number of variations (scaled, Masters, Teen) that you are able to choose from and your coaches will have all of that information as well.
To go along with this workout, we have devised a strategy to serve you best and allow you to perform to the best of your ability. Again, your coaches will review this with you beforehand.
