Nutrition:

Eating the same foods all year long is definitely not what we are meant to do. Eat fruits and vegetables when they’re in season, as this is when nature intended us to eat them, and also when they taste best.

80′ Kettlebell Front Rack Carry each arm
80′ Waiter’s Carry each arm

 

B. Weightlifting:
20-25min to a 1RM Bench Press

 

C. Metcon:

15min AMRAP:
Run 200m
15 Wall Balls (20/14) to a (10 ft./9 ft.)
10 Target Burpees
*Find a target 6 inches above your reach to touch for your burpees.
