Couple of quick reminders:
1) Body Fat Test will be here Friday to re-weigh all who participated in the LBM Experiment. There is a sign-up sheet at the box…first come, first served.
2) CFG Hockey Night is March 24th. $55 gets you a ticket to the game plus unlimited food and drink. Many of you RSVP’d, but we need the money to save our seats by this Saturday. Bring cash or make check payable to “Jim Buchholz.”

Similar to Monday, you will be allowed no more than 3 attempts to establish your 7RM. DO NOT go above 70% of your 1RM.
Yes, full snatches. Yes, must be cycled. No, no pausing at the ground.
