Well, that is only if you’re participating in the LBM Experiment and you plan on redoing your baseline WOD on Friday. If that is the case, take it easy today. Go lighter on the deadlifts, don’t worry about your time. Or just come in and do mobility. Or take an off day if you feel a bit beat up. Just don’t redline!

A. Skill:
Tabata Hollow/Arch on Ground (4 rounds)

4min practice of hollow/arch on pull-up bar. If you stay tight enough, start to make small circles at the shoulder by utilizing hip drive…NOT arm pull.
 
B. MWOD:
Banded Shoulder Overhead – 2 x 45s ea side
 
C. WOD:
3 RFT –
21 HR Push-Ups
15 Deadlifts (185/135)
9 Toes to Bar
 
*12min time cap
 
D. Post-WOD Recovery:
Forearm Smash – 2min ea arm
