B. Skill:

Ring Push-Ups

Work progressions to find a set you are capable of doing for 10

1. Ring pushup hold (3X 10- 15 sec holds)
2. Ring knee push-up
3. Ring pushups
Focus on correct body positioning, shoulder over wrist etc.

C. WOD:
“Coe “

10 Rounds for Time –
10 thrusters (95/65)
