Crossover symmetry – scaption/victory/incline plus and calf stretch :30 each side x2

B. Skill:
Double unders (10-15mins ) for those with proficiency, do flight simulator

C. WOD:

20min EMOM –
Odd -10 wallballs ( or if unable for 10 then a # you can compete within :30)
Even – 20 double unders ( or number of attempts to :30)
