Bar muscle up practice f/ 10-15mins
-Chin over bar
-Chest to bar
-Hip drive to bar
-Fast sit-up – create rotation – pull over the bar
20min AMRAP w/ Partner
One partner rows 250m or runs 200m while other partner AMRAPs:
5 C2B (rx+ 5 bar muscle ups)
10 front squat (95/65)
20 lateral hops over the bar
*When 1st partner completes the row or run they switch and partner 1 picks up where partner 2 left off.
