My Goals For This Week…

We are big proponents in setting goals at CFG, both long and short term.
If you’ve been around long enough, you’ve probably heard of us encouraging you to do goal reviews or goal setting sessions.
Want to know the reason why? Because they work.
The outside accountability is a great way to continue making progress towards the things you want to achieve in the future.
Speaking of accountability, I have two goals that I’d like to share in order to be held accountable to you all:
First, I want to get in and workout at least four times this week.
Second, I want to continue my writing each day during the upcoming week.
