- Bring a sturdy towel for today. For real. Towel pull-ups. You’re gonna need it!
- We had a great turnout this Saturday at the info session for the nutrition challenge, which starts in 1 week. Ask myself, any of your coaches, or Natalie any questions you may have. The Inbody scan can be done the next time you’re in…it takes like 60s max.
