Handstand Holds – 10min EMOM, :30 on, :30 off
Choose from either – nose and toes, kick-up holds, or HS walks
(Melissa and Adam, you better not skip this!)
 
B. MWOD:
T-Spine + Foam Roller
 
C. WOD:
For Time – 100 KB Swings (53/35)
 
*Notes – 1st drop = 200m run, 2nd drop = 400m run, 3rd drop = 600m run…and so on and so forth!
 
D. Post-WOD Recovery:
Trap + LAX Ball
