b) Pull-Up Practice – strict,kipping, butterfly
 
C. WOD:
For time:
100 double-unders

10 deadlifts (155/115)
10 handstand push ups
-then-
100 double unders
*Scale = 200 SU, 15 box PU (if need more than 45/ab mat)
