Bulletproof Shoulders, then
1min of max effort strict pull-ups!
*A band may be used for scaling, but still must be strict
 
B. MWOD:
1st rib + barbell = fun
 
C. WOD:
12 min AMRAP:
5 Strict Pull Ups
10 Strict Press (65/45)
15 Box Jumps (24/20)
*Banded PU must still be strict. If you cannot do 5 strict pull ups with a band unbroken, do ring rows
 
D. Post-WOD Recovery:
Banded Overhead Stretch
