Three Quick Things:
1. Not only do we have Open WOD 13.3 this Saturday at 10am, we are also participating in Relay For Life this Saturday at Newsome High School. We will be hosting a few games of Ultimate Med-Ball. For those that were present when we played a few weeks ago, you know what a BLAST this is!! We will be there somewhere in the neighborhood from 2PM-3PM. Stay tuned for more details!
2. There will be some minor adjustments to Friday’s classes, stay tuned for details of that too…
3. There is literally so much awesomeness to get to from last week AND this weekend that it’s going to take another day to put together a worthy “Week That Was.” Your patience is appreciated.
