10-12min of T2B instruction and skill practice.

Be sure to include:
– 3 rounds of :20 Hollow Holds/Rocks on floor & :20 Arch Holds/Rocks on floor
– 3×5-8 Knees to Elbows on floor
– Hollow/Arch on the bar
– Knee-Ups
*This part should take at least 5-6 minutes. Focus on quality movement.

 

C. WOD:

18min AMRAP, with a partner –

10 T2B
10 Plate Ground To Overhead (45/25)
30 Double Unders

*Alternate partners each movement. Partner A will do T2B, Partner B will do Plate G2OH, Partner A will do Double Unders.
*T2B scale = Knee-Ups (same amount)
*DU scale = 60 Single Unders
