Happy Friday to everyone! I cannot believe we’re already two months in to the new year. You know what that means right? The 2013 CrossFit Games Open is just around the corner. As if you’ve not been bombarded enough with it already, it’s only going to get worse over the next month. Go register, if you haven’t already. We’re ALL going to be doing ALL the workouts, so you might as well have a goodtime with it, come out and support the gym community. This is a huge part of what separates US from the local globo-bozos.

If you hate to run, love to run, thing you’re too good for running, or have nothing left to learn (you know who you are), then this is for you – so basically EVERYONE! We’re limiting attendance to 20 and only have a few slots left, so if you want in you better speak up…first come, first served!
