This week will kick off one of the BEST times of the year to be a CrossFitter…the 2013 CrossFit Games season gets underway officially this Wednesday night at 8pm when the first of five Open workouts is announced!! Stay tuned this week to find out what the first WOD will be.
If you have not already done so, register to join in here. As I’ve said numerous times already, you will all already be doing the Open workouts anyhow, so you might as well have fun doing them with the rest of us!

Snatch – 7×2, first pull + 1 full snatch (Notes: This movement should be performed with a pull to the knees—First Pull, a 3 second pause at the knees, then a Snatch from the hang position (at the knees))
Overhead Nasty Bits
3 rounds for total working time of:
25 Wall Balls (20/14)
*Rest 1 minute after the first round, and rest 2 minutes after the second round.
Notes: Each round should be an all-out effort. Do not pace runs to make Wall Balls easier.
