Hang Snatch – 15min to heaviest triple
(Do 5 sets starting at 50% of 1RM snatch, add weight each set, 5th set should be heaviest you can do)
 
B. MWOD:
Pigeon Pose
 
C. WOD:
For time –
30 deadlift (95/65)
25 plank kb touches
20 power cleans
15 plank kb touches
10 squat snatches
5 plank kb touches
 
RX+ will do (115/85)
 
D. Post-WOD Recovery:
Hamstring Stretch
