Bulgarian Split Squats – 15min to heavy 5 each leg
 
B. MWOD:
Couch Stretch, 2 min ea
 
C. WOD:
15 min AMRAP
10 Push Press (115/75)
20 walking lunges (total steps)
30 ab mat sit ups
 
RX+ Must do RX weight, GHD Sit ups, front rack walking lunges (45/35)
 
D. Post-WOD Recovery:
Foam Roll Quads
