A. Warm-Up and Skill:
Part 1 –
Push-It = Push-Up
Baby = Air Squat
Part 2 –
Partner Med-Ball Sit-Ups – 2 x 30 reps
Rest 1min between sets.
Each set is 30 reps total.
Med-Ball touches floor behind you and then you toss to your partner.
Russian Baby Maker – 2 x 60s
20min AMRAP –
12 Single Arm Dumbbell “Push” Press (40/25)
17m Baby Carry
14 Med-Ball “Burp”ees
1) Partner 1 will complete one full round and then tag hands so partner 2 can start
2) DB PP is 12 each arm
3) Baby Carry is 17m down, switch arms, then 17m back
4) RX+ will do 53/35 KBs
