CrossFit Kids…7/16/13

Today marks a HUGE day in the journey of CrossFit For Glory – we are having our inaugural CrossFit Kids Class! Word from the parents is that the kiddos are incredibly anxious to get going. I cannot WAIT to work with them! Stay tuned for updates on their progress.

On Saturday August 3rd, we will be a host site for the “31 Heroes” memorial workout. You can read all about it and sign up online here. You might as well sign up, because we’ll all be doing it anyways. We did it last year – great WOD for a great cause!! And yes, it’s got rope climbs…
