Banded Lat Pull Downs – 25 reps

B. Skill:
Tempo Pull-Ups – 4×5 @ 30×2 tempo
*3 seconds down, 0 seconds hanging, explode (pull) back up, 2 seconds holding with chin over bar.
*Use bands, bodyweight, or added weight to complete 4 sets of 5 reps.
*Sets must be unbroken.
