Nutrition:

A. MWOD: pigeon pose (1 min ea side)

B. Warm Up: 3 rounds
10 jumping squats
active bottom of squat hold with KB (30 sec)

C. Weightlifting:
3 x 3 @ 95% Back Squat 1 RM
*3-4 warm up sets
** rest 2-3 min

D. WOD:
5 min EMOM –
5 burpees
5 sit ups

Recovery:

Quad Smash with barbell or on foam roller
