Ok gang, it’s official – the 2014 CrossFit season is now underway. For those that watched, you should already know what the WOD is. If you didn’t, well just look down below. Coincidentally, these two movements are not only ones that we’ve really been drilling down on big time in recent weeks, but we did this EXACT WORKOUT almost two weeks ago.
