Veteran's Day 2015

In November 1919, President Wilson proclaimed November 11 as the first commemoration of Armistice Day with the following words:
“To us in America, the reflections of Armistice Day will be filled with solemn pride in the heroism of those who died in the country’s service and with gratitude for the victory, both because of the thing from which it has freed us and because of the opportunity it has given America to show her sympathy with peace and justice in the councils of the nations…”
At CrossFit For Glory, we have numerous members within our community that have served or are still serving. If you are one of them, please do your best to make it out for the 9am WOD. For those like myself, who simply enjoy the freedoms that these individuals have fought for, please join me in telling them all ‘Thank You.’
Now, it’s customary on these days for two things to happen:
1) It’s always a Hero WOD. But don’t fret, it scalable as always.
2) I don’t ever reveal what it will be ahead of time.
