Movement:

A. Mobility:

1) 1 minute in squat with feet against the wall, laying on the ground

2) 30 sec pigeon pose/side

B. Skill/Strength:

30-35 minutes Snatch 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 (7×1)

-Warm up to 70% then start WORKING REPS
-Suggestions for Warm up: 2×50%, 2×60%, 2×70%
-Rest 2 minutes in-between working Reps over 70%
-Working reps should start around 75%/80% and go up if hit
-For 6th & 7th Rep, IF YOU FEEL GOOD AND LOOK GOOD, ADD WEIGHT!
-If still need to focus on form and technique, hit 90% for 6th & 7th rep

C. Metcon:

10 minute EMOM –
– 2 Snatches (yes full) @70% of heaviest snatch in the skill
