Testing Week, Day 3…9/25/13

The past two days have been some of the absolute BEST that I’ve ever experienced in my coaching career. Mark James put it best as he was watching the Tuesday 6pm class with me: “it’s awe-inspiring to watch everyone’s hard work come to fruition with a night full of PR’s.” The grit and determination that you have all shown in only two days makes me very anxious for how the rest of the week will finish out. And if you want to be pumped up big time and pushed to your limit, come to a 6 or 7pm class. It’s hard to match the energy of 20 people screaming and shouting at each other to STAND UP and get the bar OVERHEAD!
