Test Your Fitness…8/15/12

One of the best ways to really see how ‘in shape’ you are since you began CrossFit is to put your fitness to the test. Since Vince came back from his first competition this past weekend, there has been considerable interest from others looking to take that first step. The cool thing is that nowadays there are a seemingly infinite amount of ways to test yourself, from local CF competitions, to adventure races, to marathons, triathlons, and everything in between.
Over the next few days, I’m going to put together a new page for the website that will list any competition/race that I come across. To make this as good/useful as possible, I will need your help! All you need to do is forward me (or make a FB comment, etc) the link to any event you come across. I will keep it updated and be sure to make note of any event that our athletes will be participating in.
If you are a relative newcomer to the box or just zone out every time I repeat this, we are doing Tough Mudder as a group. The date is Sunday December 2nd. EVERYONE is encouraged to participate – this will be many people’s first time (including me!), so don’t be shy or think you can’t handle it. Click here to register.
