Tspine and Lats, Prep Linear Movement after strength

 

B. Skill/Strength work: Barbell Row 4×12 AHAP

C. WOD:

Sprints
6-8 x100m

*1st Sprint- focus on the first 10 meters (Take off/Acceleration)
*2nd Sprint- focus on the first 20 meters (Take off/Acceleration/Moving to upright naturally)
*3rd Sprint- focus on the first 30 meters (Take off/Acceleration/ Moving to upright/Absolute speed)
*Sprints 4-8 Take off strong and go!

Banded Lat stretch, foam roll calves, hamstring and quads
