***REMINDER***
This weekend, not only are we kicking off week 2 of the 2017 Open, but more importantly we are partnering with Melissa Wright’s company and are turning this workout into a fundraiser for Run4Water. Run4Water is a non-profit organization based in her home state of Tennessee and founded by two of her childhood friends. The group is heading to Africa on March 11th to driil and repair water wells in villages where children and women walk about 8 miles round trip daily just to get the water we all take for granted. All proceeds will go directly to the digging and repairing of these wells. You would literally be giving the gift of WATER to people in need. The team will also be working on a women’s hygiene initiative. We are asking for a $20 donation to participate and we will have snacks, surprises, t-shirts and more for those who come out to support us in this effort.
 
 
A. Weightlifting:
You will do three different styles of press, going up in weight each set, and (hopefully) up in weight each movement. Record only your highest weight for each.
Strict Press – 5, 5, 5
Push Press – 3, 3, 3
Push Jerk – 1, 1, 1
 
*rest no more than 2 minutes between each set of presses
