Un-tech yourself. – It’s so easy to spend half the day on a smartphone or computer, but it’s not what we were designed to do. Break away from LCD screens for at least an hour a day to give your eyes a rest and live more naturally.

A. MWOD:
Bambi Band Glute Activation (10 lateral steps left, 10 lateral steps right, 15 air squats, 15 glute bridges)

B. Weightlifting:
25-30min to Sumo Deadlift
10 sets of 3 @ 50% of Heavy Single from Tuesday
*The focus here is speed while maintaining perfect form, not weight on the bar.
*Perform as 3 fast singles. Set-up with proper deadlift form, pull the bar fast while focusing on
explosiveness, drop, and repeat for a total of 3 reps.

C. Metcon:
On a 12min clock:
Row 750m then, with remaining time. AMRAP:
6 Dumbbell Hang Clean and Jerks (50/35)
12 steps, Dumbbell Overhead Walking Lunge (50/35)
*For the C+J, complete 3 on one side, then 3 on the other

B: Pigeon Pose/Glute Smash
